    I have downloaded and extracted ccgame file, but when I try to start the game I get a message: XSpaceCruiser has encountered a problem and needs to close…

    The binaries on the site were compiled with XNA 1 Refresh, and I you may have only XNA 2.0 installed.
    To test the game, you need to install XNA 1 Refresh Runtime as well, it can be installed along XNA 2.0 without any problem (I have both).
    I’ll provide the full source code very soon, I have to clean the mess inside a little bit before but I didn’t find the time for that yet…
